During this call, we will meet online in a very casual setting. I will find out your goals and what exactly you need to gain from working with me. I will talk to you about hypnotherapy and explain its effectiveness in treating anxiety.
2. Choosing Your Package
Hypnotherapy is most effective when you experience more than 1 session. I highly recommend a minimum of 5 sessions to see satisfactory results in helping you rebuild your confidence and eliminating your anxiety.
3. Online or In-person
I work with clients from all over the world using Zoom or Google Meets. This is really convenient for busy professionals or people who enjoy the comfort of their homes when working with me. I also offer in person sessions.
4. Starting your sessions
Sessions are conducted once a week. This allows for enough time to reflect and work through what was uncovered during the session. We build our foundation and keep on strengthening your mind every week.
5. Applying your new skills
